Final Questions
You can absolutely try. But ask yourself this — on your wedding day, do you want to be chasing the florist, managing the timeline, and fixing the seating plan at 7am? Or do you want to be getting ready, laughing with your people, and soaking in every single moment? That's what we're here for. Events on Wheels exists so you don't have to manage your own wedding. You've dreamed of this day. Let us make it real while you simply live it. Joy is The Assignment — and yours starts the moment you stop stressing.
Think of a planner as your architect and a coordinator as your site manager. A planner works with you from the very beginning — shaping your vision, sourcing suppliers, managing your budget, and building your entire wedding from the ground up. A coordinator steps in 4–6 weeks before the day to execute what you've already organised. At Events on Wheels, we offer both — because every couple's needs are different, and we meet you exactly where you are.
n the UK, wedding planner fees typically range from £1,500 for on-the-day coordination up to £5,000–£15,000+ for full planning, often structured as a flat fee or a percentage of your total budget. At Events on Wheels, our pricing is always transparent — no hidden extras, no surprises. And here's what people often don't realise: our supplier relationships and negotiation experience frequently save our couples more than our fee costs. You invest in us; we protect your entire wedding budget.
This is our heartbeat. Afro-Caribbean and multicultural weddings are what we were built for. Nigerian traditional ceremonies. Ghanaian kente and knocking door rites. Jamaican and Caribbean receptions. Afro-fusion celebrations that blend two cultures into something entirely their own. We don't need a crash course in your customs — we already understand the traditions, the timeline (yes, including African Mean Time!), the family dynamics, the food, the fashion, and the moments that carry the most meaning. You won't spend one minute explaining yourself to us.
Ideally, 12–18 months before your wedding date — especially for summer, bank holiday, or weekend weddings, which book up fast. That said, we've delivered breathtaking weddings planned in as little as 3 months. It just means moving decisively and trusting us completely — which our couples find easier than they expect. Whether you're planning ahead or in a rush, the best time to reach out is right now.
We offer three core ways to work with us. Full Planning — we handle everything from your very first vision call to the last dance of the night. Partial Planning — for couples who've made a start but need expert guidance, supplier sourcing, and someone to pull it all together. On-the-Day Coordination — you've planned it, we run it flawlessly so you can actually enjoy it. We also build bespoke packages for traditional ceremonies, multi-day celebrations, and destination weddings. No two Events on Wheels weddings are the same — because no two couples are.
